Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of e-government in public services through the online tax system (e-tax) in Gorontalo City. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. This qualitative research process involves important efforts, such as asking questions and procedures, collecting data, and interpreting the meaning of data. The application of E-Government in public services through the online tax system (E-Tax) in Gorontalo City has been running quite optimally. This refers to Presence, Interaction, Transaction and Transformation.
