Abstract

Cyber-crime has emerged due to the development in the use of modern technological means, as it is committed through cyberspace, affecting individuals and groups, as well as one country and may extend to several countries. States, as well as threatening to use violence against individuals and groups and sowing fear and terror among individuals, or working to encourage them to join terrorist organizations by spreading misguided ideas and spreading false rumors in order to recruit them to carry out terrorist operations.
