Abstract
This article aims to explore the intricate intersection between data protection laws and competition regulations within the realm of e-commerce marketplaces, focusing on the delicate balance required to uphold both consumer privacy and fair market competition. Through a systematic review of existing literature, analysis of relevant case studies, and examination of legal frameworks, this study delves into the evolving landscape of data protection and competition law in the context of e-commerce platforms.
