Abstract

It explores the significant consequences of these proceedings and the challenges faced by both prosecution and defense teams, including evidentiary gathering, perpetrator identification, and navigating the intricacies of international law. Furthermore, the paper examines the potential for ICC indictments to advance justice, discourage atrocities, and shape the evolution of international criminal law.
