CHANGING THE SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the changes in the system of principles of civil procedure, significant changes of which occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on the example of the US civil procedure. Even after the pandemic, when the use of technology has become widely encouraged around the world, courts are faced with the problem of how to conduct proceedings according to the new standards. From this point of view, this article also aims to consider the future prospects and challenges facing the courts in the era of post-pandemic and new technologies.
