CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY AS PEOPLE OF CORRUPTION CRIMES WHICH HAVE BANKRUPTCY STATUS IN INDONESIA

Abstract
This research explains the nature, mechanism and concept of regulating the responsibility of bankrupt corporations as the subject of criminal acts of corruption according to Indonesian positive law. The results of this research are that corporations as legal entities are also legal subjects that can be responsible for criminal acts committed, and there are many cases of corruption that are detrimental to the state. The concept of corporate responsibility places more emphasis on recovering state losses. In a bankruptcy situation, the state must become the preferred creditor, so that there is the right to collect and the right to take precedence.
