Main Article Content
Abstract
There is weakness in the current model of TJ in terms of justice for women as victims of conflicts in Iraq. The questions arise of whether the recent mechanisms of TJ are adequate to redress the problem of sexual violence against women, and whether the Iraqi government is able to remedy female victims of sexual violence.
This research critically analyses the position of international law and the current TJ system's role in to redress of victims of sexual violence.
